Hi ! I will be completing 2 years of work ex this Aug-21, so at the time of applying I'll be having a slightly higher work ex than 2 year.

Am I eligible to apply for MIM programs ? And also how beneficial is MIM for people with such experience ?

I believe French schools are okay with this slightly more work ex.
But, just for surity.
Do reach out schools.
They will sort out your dilemma in a more official and authentic way.

Generally speaking MIM is for younger candidates with 0 or less than 2 years of work ex. It is also a recommended program for candidates with technical education wanting to switch to management side.
Agree with the advise above that you need to check on individual University websites for their admission requirements and/or reach out to them

I attended webinar for both HEC and ESSEC MIM. They accept applications from people with up to 3 years of work experience.
