Hi,
I have access to GMATClub tests.

I see 14 tests for the Quant section & 6 tests for the Verbal section.
Do I have access to all 1274 questions in the pool?

YES. There are more questions than you need for 14 tests but that leaves some for quizzes and so on.
You do have full access.

How do I make the most of these tests? I plan on going through all Manhattan guides first and then take these tests.
What do you suggest ...

Yes, you really want to be around Q45 when you hit them (they are pretty darn hard).
You can also take them earlier (there are plenty of questions) but it will be a humbling experience :)
If you can take that, then for sure. Though my recommendation is to get some confidence first... think of it as a "nightmare" level.
