As per my experience, you will need an original of transcript for Kellogg and for Chicago (for the latter, only after interview invite). Wharton, HBS, Ross and Tuck were happy with copies.

Kellogg you need a scan of one you dont have to send it in. All schools want official transcripts if you matriculate and they must still be sealed from the registrars office. A few require them prior to interviews like Chicago but it seems most are self reported or scans until you are admitted and matriculate.

Just to add, MIT Sloan is another school that requires official sealed transcripts with interviews.

The schools that utilize ApplyYourself (HBS, Stanford, Wharton, and Sloan among others) do allow you to submit an Excel spreadsheet in which you fill out courses and grades yourself.

Of the schools I applied to :
London Business School and NYU Stern required original transcripts AT APPLICATION time
Chicago, Wharton, Columbia were happy with self reported transcript at application but required an original upon interview.

Haas requires official transcripts to be mailed to them BEFORE they give you a decision. Stanford, UCLA, and Kellogg allowed scanned versions, and the official ones when you matriculate.
