Hi! I attempted the GMAT focus for the first time on Monday, and I got a 695. I’m planning on applying to HEC, ESCP, LSE, ESSEC and Bocconi for MiF. What worries me is my Quant was quite weak (57th percentile). Do schools look at individual section scores? For reference, I am studying Accounting & Finance at Warwick Business School

For MBA they do not care really. your 695 would be great for any MBA program. And my guess the averages for these would also be below this number.
You likely did not make that many mistakes on your Q79 - perhaps 4?

I don't think it is worth retaking even with Q79 unless you think you can really blow it out of the water and get a meaningfully higher Q score next time and score Q84 or Q85. That's 725-735 territory and would make you even more attractive potentially, but I don't think you need to worry about it. I would just say that your quant did not seem to have gone great that day but check my transcripts, check my overall score, DI - they all check out. I have taken many Quant classes and it is usually my strong suit. This would be the most extent you need to do /worry about.

Thank you for your response! I made 8 mistakes on my way to a Q79, but my first 8 were all correct. QR has generally been my weakest area in my preparations, so I’m unsure whether going through the effort to prepare again would be worth it as I’d need to do quite a bit of work, alongside my university studies. I will definitely take this into consideration when deciding.
