Thanks for your query.
While your career prospects will require detailed brainstorming, the question regarding where you can apply will depend on a number of things such as your GMAT score, your years of experience, your career goals, etc.
If you wish to do an MBA, your first step must be to start preparing for the GMAT and aim for as high a score as possible.
