As long as your application was accurate throughout the process, it does not really matter where you end up after and if you do any pre-MBA internships. The point of the background check is to validate the information you submitted with your application.
You may or may not be surprised to learn that many folks leave their jobs early after getting accepted. Sometimes they take another role or do an internship (such as yourself) or they take time off to do something different such as travel or start a venture.
Point is, you should be totally fine and will not risk your upcoming matriculation.

Hi AHXIIIIIII , do not worry as the school has confirmed they would contact Employer1 for verification purpose. You need not inform the school about your ongoing professional pursuits as your selection was based on your career trajectory till Employer 1 only.
