Hi Experts and Admins,
While I was working on my GMAT preparation, suddenly came across many posts and messages in the forum. I got suddenly a doubt anyone please clarify.
There is influx of applicants from India pool to USA B schools. So if I take GMAT from India and apply from India ...then I am considered from that competitive pool of applicants.
Say I take GMAT in the USA and apply from there only ....will I still come under India pool of applicants?
or else Say I have Australia PR and I take GMAT there and apply to USA B-schools.... will I still come under India pool of applicants?
It may sound something silly or weird question. But please all I want to know is how can I be different from that India competitive pool of applicants?

Hey Tridhipal ,
Your demographic area is determined by your nationality and from where you have done your schooling rather than where you are giving your GMAT.
Meaning even if you go to South Africa and give your exam, you would still be considered from a large demographic pool.
But yes, if you have a PR of another country and have been living there for many years, you may have some added advantage.
