I’ve heard to apply in round 1 for full time programs as chances of getting in are better. Does this concept apply to part time programs as well?

Ample students are applying for part-time MBAs. It is however recommended to submit applications in the 1st 2 rounds to stand a better chance to secure an admit.
However, part-time MBAs don't offer enough growth opportunities/student visas and take more than 2 years to complete.
