Hi
after taking
GmatClub tests, as well as Veritas', I started taking
Manhattan Prep tests.
I averaged 680 (6 Veritas), but ever since I started taking
Manhattan Prep I averaged 620 (in 4 of their tests, and came down to 590 at 2).
My 3rd attempt of the Gmat test is in 4 days from now (scored 660 a month ago), and this drop is just weird for me.
did anyone experienced this as well? or have any suggestions?
It's kinda breaks your spirit....
A lot of the members here say that, and I'd be interested in seeing the opinions of the people who reply to you on this thread as well. More generally, however, you shouldn't let these scores get you down. Test prep companies try their best to make their tests as representative of the actual GMAT as possible, but they can't make tests that
are the GMAT. Even the GMATPreps are not perfect.
As long as you are not doing
bad tests, you should be fine using non-official tests primarily to improve your ability to take tests and to identify the areas you need to work on. Use the GMATPreps for scoring.
