I would like to know.. From expert folks does the no. Of GMAT attempts affect your Bschool application. ?

I think it does, though unclear to what extent to each school, since many have added an extra question to their application asking applicants to specify the number of GMAT attempts they have had.

In the long run, I suspect that this requirement will go away and schools will not care about how many attempts you have had because technically they have no way of verifying student reported information now that GMAC allows you to cancel and reinstate scores.

What are the maximum no. Of attempts to which B schools will not bother.. ?

As bb said it depends from school to school. Any number upto 3 - 4 should be fine. Post this, schools start thinking that you are just trying your luck with the GMAT and might not be putting in real effort to improve.
