I'm wondering that myself

I can provide my experience thus far...
First practice test 17Q. (380 overall) I was really upset/scared, so I decieded to sign up for a kaplan course. My score went up to a 32Q. I felt completely defeated and I took a short break. Then I found the gmatclub...in just a few weeks focusing on the MATERIAL rather then TRICKS, my score improved to 40Q (640 overall). That's where I am now. But I think my approach now (material/content focused) is much better for myself and anyone else studying for the gmat. We'll see...I have my eyes set on a 48Q (700 overall). Just keep plugging away and use everyone on this site for support. Honestly, I would have given up already if it weren't for this community. Everyone is very supportive!
