Nah.
If you try the Kaplan CAT, you'll notice that carry forward is NOT allowed. I took the GMAT last time. This restriction also applies to the actual GMAT. I did finish the quant section less than 75 minutes. But there's no reward.

The best way to avoid the time squeeze is to practice under timed conditions, so that you get a sense for how quickly you must proceed to get through a multiple-choice section within the allotted time.

well if u really want to be cheeky, if u finish maths section early, dont hit confrim for your last answer for your maths question. wait until time almost runs out and then click next. this is damn risky though and i wouldnt recommend it.
