My university requires the results of Quantitative Reasoning section only. Is there a minimum score I have to get for other sections to get my exam scored or I can leave other sections apart from quantitative reasoning undone and still get a certificate with the results of only one section?

There is no such minimum score requirement in any section.

gmat score is combined of quant and verbal.... not sure what course or college are you referring about where quant score is only required that too of gmat?
