as of my understanding (A) Seasonal depression is one of the most easily treated forms of depression.// no idea of other seasons (B) Lack of sunlight lowers the level of serotonin in the brain.// no idea as we dont know the level in which a person is exposed to sunlight like summer also u can be inside as correct parameters are not given cannot infer (C) People are more likely to be depressed in midwinter than at other times of the year.//no data of other times of yr to compare (D) Some antidepressants act by changing the brain’s level of serotonin. best fit (E) Raising the level of neurotransmitters in the brain effectively relieves depression.// actually i guess raising the level of of serotonin
