doing bcom hons 2021 to 24,in 2nd semester ,think college ends may'24 when it started in october'21,will prepare for cat'23 starting jan'23,i wont be able to do internship while preparing for cat ,will I have a good profile for top b school without internships ?

well your question is related to CAT , not GMAT , for CAT admission not much emphasis is given to work ex so you can prepare and apply with CAT score ... wish you the best.

In CAT's case percentile matters more than profiles. Also, IIMs very well accept applicants with zero work experience.
So, if you get a good percentile, you may have a shot at IIMs.
