DP moves tens of tankers in and out of trafficked port everyday.
their success depends on their ability to ship with minimum delays.
now they are replacing their largest tanker with SPNSR.
this new tanker is designed in such way that it minimizes the need for routine maintenance.
this new tankers durability also reduce time lost in maintenance stops.

A then it rather strengthen it. if they have direct route to the destination then it make more sense to use new one as it requires less maintenance.
B but anyway this new ship requires less maintenance so this doesnt affect much at all.
C if thats the case then other ships will be stuck at port and we know its heavily trafficked then in such scenario the new tanker will stuck in the traffic. so will be dealyed in shipping the items and passage says that success depends on delivery with minimum possible delays. so this clearly affects the conclusion
D but who cares about them? its their business and their choice.
E we are not concerned with labor loosing their job. i feel sorry for them but thats not the point in the passage here.

Draco Petrochemicals moves tens of tankers in and out of the heavily trafficked Port St. George every day. The company’s success depends on its ability to transport large chemical shipments with minimum delays. Consequently, Draco is planning to replace its largest tankers with new SPNSR tankers, whose cutting-edge architecture minimizes the need for routine maintenance. The SPNSR tankers’ durability in this regard results in both lower maintenance costs and less time lost to maintenance stops.

Which of the following, if true, could present the most serious disadvantage for Draco Petrochemicals in replacing its largest tankers with new SPNSR tankers?

A) The SPNSR tanker would enable Draco Petrochemicals to chart direct routes to destinations that currently require stops for maintenance.
B) Maintenance costs for deep-sea vessels are projected to decline over the next several years.
C) The cutting-edge architecture of the SPNSR tanker causes water current disruptions when leaving the harbor that force other ships to delay their departures.
D) None of Draco Petrochemicals’ competitors that use Port St. George is considering buying SPNSR tankers.
E) The durability of the SPNSR tanker would enable Draco Petrochemicals to eliminate maintenance at some of its destinations, but several mechanics would lose their jobs.
