From (1) we do not get sufficient information.
(x-3)*(x-2)*(x-1)>0
means all three (x-3) , (x-2) and (x-1) are positive or two of them are negetive and third is a positive. The two values which could be negetive are (x-3) , (x-2). Since (x-1) is the smallest. So we cannot infer anything.
From(2) we have x>1....But it could be 1.5 or 2 or 3 we have no clue.
From (1) and (2) we can get some value which may be greater than 3 or less than 3.....
So I would go with E
