Let x be total number of employees

Employees with master degree = x/3
Male employees with master degree = x/4 ----> ERROR here.... it 1/4 of male employees, not 1/4 of total employees.

Therefore female employees with master degree = x/3 - x/4 = x/12

Argh ... right ... thanks .. good catch !

putting together:
1/3(M+F) = 1/4*M + woemen_with_masters

1/12*M = woemen_with_masters - 1/3*F

Not enough info.
