I think it is B
1)simplifying 1st equation
A^3/A^2 ? A=1---->we get--> A ? A=1 operation can be + or /
easy to check lets take A=0.5 0.5+0.5 =1 or lets take A= 2 2/2=1 and so on Hence insuff
2) 2 statement alone
A-1>0 A>1
The only operation that can result 1 from A?A if A>1 is division
