Should be C. since the slope = -1/10, y is 1/10.

I think its E .

Stmt1 = not sufficient . because just knowing x is not enough.
Stmt2 = not sufficient . because just knowing slope also its not sufficient.

Combining both .
Still not sure because we don’t know where x is intercepted . It could be 1.5 or 20 or even 100 .And depending on that the y-intercept will vary . And so the line may or may not intersect the circle.

So E

we don't know about how far it lies from 1 (x intercept)
