Choose the smallest y (=1) and 5^6 is > 1000. (B) is enough

St1:
If n =3, y = 2, then x = 8 and (8/2)^3 is less than 1000
If n =1000, y = 900, then x = (900)^3 and (900^2)^1000 is greater than 1000. Insufficient.

St2:
Smallest value of y = 1
Smallest value of x = 6
Smallest value of n = 7

(x/y)^n > 1000 ---> sufficient.
