takes ages to do but for the sake of test day environment i would go with C, just a guess.
still working on it. appreciate if any1 can post correct explanation for correct answer
as for C. total flight time-descend time=ascend time
ascend time/(total flight time-descend time)

If we know from what height the plane descended we can calculate the time of the first half of the flight...therefore if we know either the time of ascent or time of descent we can deduct the total time.
