1- 3/10*2/9 = 1/15
2- 3/10*7/9*2! = 7/15
You have to multiply by 2! in second choice because you can pick defective first and not defective second or vice versa

I. n/10 x (n-1)/9 = 1/15
II. n/10 x (10-n)/9 + (10-n)/10 x n/9 = 7/15
