There is efficiency is tricky.
It’s like math on steroids. You need to be good at math before you start tackling it. Have you been able to get pretty successful at problem-solving? I would say until you’re done covering problem-solving source messing with data sufficiency.

Once you’re done with problem-solving, there are a few elements that you can learn about yes/no data sufficiency questions as well as when to stop and how much work to do on each question. But I feel you can be only good at it after you take all the math portion.

Hi,
I am currently facing an issue optimizing my approach and thought process towards DS questions. Any tips or resources for me to work on them.

Thanks in Advance :)

Try to transform DS questions into PS question. If you are good at PS, DS won’t be problem for you. Try to understand the question. Know what is being asked.

Work on technique. DS always has fixed answer choices. Know differnce between "What is the value of ...." and "Is smth ....". In first option if there is no unique answer, insufficient. In the second option sometimes answer "No" can be sufficient. When you have both No and Yes answers then it will be insufficient. Watch GMATninja videos, very useful.

For DS, using the ADBCE method may help if you're looking for some structure. If you find yourself making careless errors such as forgetting a non-positive integer can include "0", it may be helpful to note them down.
