because we have area and and diagonal, but we can't get sides from these two values....

We shouldn't forget the fact that it's a rhombus. That means the area is the product of the two diagonals / 2
From two statements ---> the other diagonal.
Now that we don't need to calculate further but can conclude that the perimeter can be measured. Why? Because such a rhombus which satisfies both statement is ONLY one ( Since two diagonals are known/ fixed ---> they form the frame for the whole rhombus --> The rhombus is fixed too ---> the perimeter can be measured)
Sometimes in geometry question, we DON'T need to calculate all the measures but to consider whether the shape IS FIXED.
