Hi guys!
I'm a little confused. The thing is, I have dual citizenship. 1-Country where I went to school and university. 2-My ethnic homeland. When applying to b-schools, which recruiting group will I fall into? Can I list my ethnic home passport as my main passport and not the passport of the country where I graduated from university?

Hi, Arluiza hope this finds you well.

Yours is an interesting situation to be in. :)
You should ideally apply with the nationality that finds lesser representation at your target school, which helps if you consider a highly selective group of schools.
Irrespective of which passport you apply with, you should speak about your dual nationality and background, which will add to the diversity factor of your candidacy.

"Recruiting" will consider both your passports as you will apply to respective companies filling in all the details as a job seeker. When applying to the target B School, you don't have to worry about it.

Best wishes
