I have an experience of 10years in IT industry (with a MBA Degree) in a reputed Telecom company ... I am aspiring for dual MBA from US or Europe in 2021 ...do I stand a chance at all ... And how much score at an average can get me through ?

What do you mean by a dual MBA? There are joint MBA programs, where you receive an MBA plus a masters in another subject. Is that what you have in mind?
It is definitely going to be tougher for you for a number of reasons: if you are an Indian male with an IT background you're coming from the toughest demographic when it comes to b-school applications, you've already got an MBA which makes it a bit harder to make the argument that you need another one, and you're quite a bit above the average age and years of work experience (which means the adcom starts to worry you no longer need the degree).
Assuming you are coming from the Indian male IT demographic, it's one that tends to have very high GMAT scores (740+) so the higher yours is the stronger your candidacy will be. That said, a lot will also rest on the strength of your work experience & the impact you've shown there as well as your post-MBA goals. It's hard to say more without more specifics from you but hope that helps & let us know if there is more we can do!

I would add that an EMBA or part time MBA would be something to consider - your age will not be a factor there & it's generally less hard to get in compared to FT programs
