Duke MMS app: 0 to finish in 3 months?

Hi there,
Thank you so much for this great resource! I have a crazy dream on my hands-- I just found out about Duke's MMS (and the MMS thing in general), and want to apply! I've been looking into B-schools for the future, but had no idea that a program like this existed. I'd need financial aid, and I have an ok profile depending on how I spin it (Ivy '09, Literature, 3.46, less than a year of work experience and internship + teaching program the rest of the time).
My questions are as follows:
1) Do you think it's advisable to apply now? (Please be candid!) Next year I'll be 26 at the time of application. So old.
2) And, if I DO apply now, how should I go about focusing time/energy on studying for the GMAT for the first time AND doing my apps? I work 50 hrs/wk but have the option of cutting that down to 35 for the next 6 at the hands of a ridiculous pay cut (forced to eat ramen kind of thing). Worth it?
4) Is Duke a reach for me? I'm also considering Lake Forest and other lower tier schools, but am wondering if that would be a worthy investment?
3) Anyone heard of acceptance rates for Duke, LBS, or LSE Masters (not MBA)? Thank you!
Thanks for your help!
Cheers.
