I will miss you by one day (I'm going next week to visit Duke but flying back on the 3rd). I am also interested to hear about Duke interviews from those that had them.

Re: Duke, UNC Visit [#permalink]
Interview was pretty straight forward. No tricky questions. I don't think that interviews matter much to Duke. I didn't prepare, just went through my essays for Duke. The students and staff were great and very friendly. I spend a couple of days at Duke but didn't stay in Durham. I wasn't impressed by Durham. It doesn't seems a great place to live but that's a price I am willing to pay for two years. It rains like crazy there. So make sure you carry your umbrella if it is cloudy.

BTW, if you haven't written your Duke essays yet make sure that you know you story straight and don't deviate from that in your essays. Not earth shattering advice but thought that I should repeat...

I'll be at Johnson on Monday interviewing - its a pretty laid back visit and I think you will be impressed. Most likely you will be one of the few people on the tour/class visit so you get lots of attention.
