From Question we learn that there are 4400 products, 3300 sold below 100 and 1100 sold above 100, let the price of the products be x and y resp.
St 1. It tells us that the total sales is equal for both the category of products ie., 1100(x) = 3300(y) Insufficient
St 2. It tells about only one particular category of product Insufficient
Combined together we know both sales are equal and also we have the total number of products.
Therefore, (134000+134000)/4400 which can get the avg.
