A. the architecture firm took into account only the concerns of its client --> correct
B. the architecture firm has only taken into account the concerns of their client --> "their" (plural) refers to firm (singular), which is a mistake
C. the architecture firm only took their clients' concerns into account --> same as B
D. the concerns of its clients only were taken into account by the architecture firm --> in this construction "those" wouldn't properly refer to "concerns" anymore
E. clients had their concerns only taken into account by the architecture firm --> same as B, also similar to D
My explanation is not that good, however, I am certain that A is correct
