M+A = 2[G+S]
= M+A = 2[S+100 + S]
= M+ A = 4S + 200

4S + 200 + S + 100 + S = 576
S= 46

Matt + Angela + Gavin + Susan = 576

Matt + Angela = 2(Gavin + Susan)

=> 2(Gavin + Susan) + Gavin + Susan = 576

=> 3(Gavin + Susan) = 576

=> Gavin + Susan = 192

=> (Susan + 100) + Susan = 192

=> 2 * Susan = 192 - 100 = 92

=> Susan = 46

Hence Option A
