For me, the most important consideration is recruitment and employment stats.
Is there any difference in recruitment statistics for the companies you are interested in working for?
The student body and alumni network for St. Gallen will be more international than EDHEC. Does that matter to you?
Are you set on France or interested in working in other parts of Europe?
If so, I do feel the St. Gallen brand name will carry you a bit farther.
