Editorial: Internet = Accurate +Misinformation, people have access to unregulated info.
(Arguement) Accurate information is useless if can't be distinguished from misinformation, THEREFORE information needs to be regulated .

JUSTIFY THE ARGUEMENT:
A) regulate misinformation without restricting people's access is not possible: DOESN'T JUSTIFY
B) if regulated, accurate information and misinformation indistinguishable : DOESN'T JUSTIFY
C) if regulated, easy to distinguish between accurate information and misinformation :JUSTIFIES
D) access to misinformation is acceptable only if.....: DOESN'T JUSTIFY
E) access to unregulated misinformation more desirable....: DOESN'T JUSTIFY

Ans: Option (C)
