Home pages of certain b schools desire graduate degree as a criteria.
however i have heard that graduates with 2 yrs of exp r preffered .
i m currently in my 3rd yr engineering and wd like to appear for gmat this yr.

The most important point to keep in mind for young applicants considering the top cluster schools is that you should be a stellar applicant regardless of your age. In other words, the mere fact that some schools are more open-minded regarding younger applicants than others (e.g. HBS) does not in any sense mean that it will be "easy" to gain admission there.
