SVA in 1 st option is wrong. Narratives to be followed by plural . so and A and B out
D has wrong usage of as . as is used to compare and it is not used in the right sense compare "certainly" with other part of the sentence.
E mentions a state of skeptism when used without comma.
C is the best of all
