It depends on what you are trying to optimize.
If it's brand, as you know, the Ross name is stronger than the Emory (Goizueta) one. As time passes, the fact that you did the PT program over the FT program won't matter as much on a resume.
If it's the experience, the Emory opportunity is better. You will get to know your classmates way better. You will probably have a lot more fun as the FT program is also an immersive social experience.
For recruiting, the Emory program is going to be better. It's hard to recruit as part of a PT program because the idea is that you're getting the MBA as a complement to your current role, not as a recruiting tool. If you want to do IB especially, you almost have to do the FT program because you have to break in right out of school as an associate; otherwise, it will be much more difficult to lateral.
