I am a US citizen who is very interested in pursuing an MBA in Spain, specifically at IESE. I am a bit concerned about the employment opportunities after graduation in the IB and consulting sectors (given that I would need a visa to work in Europe, and I am not sure how much I can leverage IESE for employment in US). Would it be easier to find work in Europe or US? Ideally I want to pursue a career back in US after graduation. Thank you in advance for your time.

Usually the rule of thumb is that you want to attend the school in the country (or at least the continent you intend to live/work). If you would prefer to recruit in the US, then it would probably be easier and simpler to pick one of the many US Schools.
If you are looking for international experience, consider traveling before school (after you get admitted) or doing a study abroad for a semester (though it comes with a high price tag of missing out on recruiting back home and having to fly back for the events, which can get old).
P.S. IB is very competitive in general and usually only a handful of folks, many with prior work experience make it through the recruiting/internship process. I am guessing you are aware but just in case.

Industry switchers additionally favor the US MBA program. Many consider the depth of coursework and scholarly thoroughness better in a two-year, top US program. Furthermore, for some, US-based candidates, it's only a question of logistics.
