I wanted to get a straight forward answer on a burning question that I have about INSEAD. I have read on several forums conflicting opinions about INSEAD, especially regarding the value added to those who hoping to graduate and secure a prestigious job.
So my question is, Is the INSEAD employment report inclusive of people that are sponsored by their companies (i.e. MBB) or does it only show people that are securing new roles. Because the way I see it is if someone comes into the program sponsored they will most likely head back to their parent company and these people are tallied up then you end up with a not so accurate picture of those who are going in with the hopes of graduating with an awesome job somewhere.
Now people may be obliged to say well even if you take the number of people that are sponsored out of the report there is still a huge number of people graduating and securing prestigious roles. But I have read in a few places that, that is not the case.
So if someone could put my worries to bed regarding this issue that would be great because I really don't see how anyone can hold such negative opinions about a university with the calibre of INSEAD.
Cheers,
T

INSEAD's employment report is very clear on this. It categorically shows the proportion of students returned to their previous employers. Check out the employment report for 2014-15. https://www.insead.edu/master-programme ... statistics
And I don't understand why you need a new thread to ask this question, when you could have easily posted this in current Sept Intake or January Intake threads.

I have read the link you posted it just that it is conflicting with some of those that have graduated from INSEAD. I guess it is just matter of point of view. Also as for creating a new post I am still trying to figure out how to use this site haha and wasn't sure if posting this on another would be considered thread 'hijacking' or not.
