There is no proper filter options in all the forums.

For ex, If I want to look only on 700 level questions on (Idioms in Verbal Sentence correction) or (Word problems in Quants), I can probably have only Idioms questions or word problems with all difficulty level questions using the current filter options. Kindly, take a look into this and help us.

If this system already exists, please help me to go through..

Hello and thank you for the question. You have 2 ways of getting to this list of posts but not via filters....
1. Through the tags: viewforumtags.php (question banks link)Here is a link to SC Idiom questions for example: search.php?search_id=tag&tag_id=142 (this gives you all Idiom questions in the SC subforum - hundreds or often thousands of questions)

2. You can use the native search feature to get much more granular, here is a link to 700-level SC Idiom questions only from the Official Guide as the source. The final result is only about 10-15 questions. This allows you to get REALLY specific... just make sure you select "Search for ALL Tags" instead of "Search for ANY Tags"

Good Luck!
