Hi, does Delhi University has english as the primary language of instruction?
My university conducts exmas in english with option in other languages. Our circulars are issued in english and other languages, although the main emphasis in on english. Does this count as the primary language of instruction as english?

In case you are asking this question in the context of seeking a waiver for IELTS or TOEFL, this may get a bit subjective because schools may have their own interpretations. Yes, your primary language of instruction is English, technically; however, it is best to check this requirement with each of the schools in question in case you have even a shadow of doubt; a one-line email will suffice.

Thanks, I asked them and they have replied that I don't need a language test.
