I was solving questions using the forum's question bank, adding notes to the error log as I finished each one. A few hours later, I opened the forum and it asked me to login again. I logged in to find that my whole session today is not in the error log! Is there anyway to get it back? If not, at least I hope that this problem is fixed so that nobody will go through this again.

Hi. I am very sorry to inform you that I just learned that one of our databases had to be recovered and reloaded from a backup that was done about 12 hours ago. As the result, unfortunately all practice and posts that were made during those 12 hours were lost.
I am very sorry about this inconvenience. This is the first time we have had this kind of an issue in our history. There is no way to restore the lost data unfortunately.

It's okay bb. We faced a similar mishap at our organisation some months back. You lost the last 12 hours due to this mishap. We lost years! Lol. Glad that you guys had the back up.
