Do not buy practice exams on mbadotcom!!!!!
I recently purchased kit 3 & 4 from mbadotcom. I have been trying to give the full-length exam for the past 2 days but the technical glitches in the system are making it impossible. After selecting an answer and clicking on next, the system takes 3-4 minutes, on almost every question, to load the next question. And once the next question is loaded, the test time deducts the 3-4 mins that the system took to load the next question.
On top of this, even when I managed to somehow complete the verbal section and when I clocked on next to move onto the quants section, it took to the home screen as you can see in the screenshot attached and when I click on “Resume” an error appears on the screen asking me to resume from the dashboard. And the story cycles in the same way. All the screenshots of the error have been attached for reference.
I have spent almost 5000 to buy these tests, which are also available on other platforms, and this is the disappointing service I am getting.
I am furious as I have my gmat exam booked on 1st and I have only 3 days to give my mocks. I reached out to customer care who told me they dont look into these errors and gave me an email id. I sent an email with screenshots to them but havent heard back yet.
