Hi achloes,
To start, your Scores continue to improve - which is great! While the ESR doesn’t provide a lot of information, there are usually a few data points that we can use to define what went wrong on Test Day (and what you should work on to score higher) - but we need to analyze the FULL ESR (not just the pieces that you've provided). From your posts, it sounds as though you purchased at least a couple of the ESR(s) for your 4 attempts, so I'll be happy to analyze them for you. If you would rather not post them in the forums, then you can feel free to PM them directly to me (or email me - at
[email protected]).
Many GMATers face pacing issues in the Quant section, the Verbal section or both – so you are not alone. However, it's important to remember that pacing problems do NOT exist on their own - they're the results of OTHER problems. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) On what dates did you take your Official GMATs?
2) How long have you studied in total? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
4) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
