From reading your descriptions, I recommend that you spend some time on your pacing / timing in answering both Quant and Verbal questions. We have to be prepared to guess / skip tough or time-consuming questions in order to maintain the momentum toward the end. After all, we are not aiming for 100% accuracy rate. By not having to guess the last few questions in a row, you may see noticeable improvement of your scores.
Since you did not find Quant questions particularly difficult, you might have already known enough to hit 45. I recommend that you go through official Quant questions at least twice. Do make sure that you understand how to solve them. When in doubt, you should be able to find discussion in this forum.

I am sorry to hear that you did not got the desired results. I strongly believe that you should talk with ScottTargetTestPrep, discuss for the next plan and make a new strategy. You can score Q45 with TTP's guidance
