I need help with my gmat preparation strategy.
Kindly review the score report and suggest how to improve score beyond 650 in FE ?
Quants:
Completed All OG and Test Prep Quants questions multiple times, now I have an idea of what concepts are asked in gmat.
The actual FE gmat was very familiar ( everything was from within the same concepts ) but I faced major issue in applying the concepts and managing time ( AP, Combinatorics, Sets, Probability is definitely my weakness at higher level problems )
Q21 : It was not a ratio problem but a similarity of triangle + ratio ( personal moving away from lamp-post at constant rate )
Verbal:
I have completed All OG and Test Prep RC and CR.
CR - I get most of the CR questions right during practice and can pin point at the right answer within a minute using pre-thinking about the questions stem ( so I read through the options pretty fast ).
RC - I get RC questions wrong mainly becuase I am a slow reader and miss important details ( and moods / themes ) within the passage - need to improve that.
What other skillset am I lacking and what would be the best way to rake up the score in Verbal ? How to achieve a better score in Verbal ?
DI:
I haven't prepared for DI except I took all the official practice tests just to prepare for DI and review my mistakes.
I am very bad with interpreting what the question actually means. I am good with quants (maths) based questions.
How to improve DI ?

- Considering all these what would be the best course of action to improve my score ?
- Would a better preparation of DI yield better results (how to prepare for it) ? or more effort on Verbal and Quants ?

I think you can get great results in terms of increases in your score by working on Verbal since you have a big opportunity for improvement in Verbal and also most of the questions you missed on the DI section were non-math questions.
From what you said about CR and RC, it sounds as if you need to make your thinking about Verbal questions more sophisticated and you need to do a lot of untimed practice to improve your execution when answering Verbal questions.

Looking at your overall score breakdown, I would look to improve in all areas—Quantitative, Verbal, and DI. Regarding how to move forward with your prep, topical practice for all sections is a great way to find and fix your weak areas. Let's use quant as an example.
For example, let’s say you want to practice Number Properties. You can do so by answering 50 or more questions just from Number Properties: LCM, GCF, units digit patterns, divisibility, remainders, etc.
After each problem set, it's crucial to delve into the questions you answered incorrectly. For instance, if you stumbled on a remainder question, take a moment to reflect. Was it a careless error? Did you fail to apply the remainder formula correctly? Was there a concept in the question that eluded you? This analysis is key to your learning process.
By carefully analyzing your mistakes, you will be able to fix your weaknesses efficiently and, in turn, improve your GRE quant skills. Number Properties is just one example; follow this process for all quant and topics.
