What does this question mean?

If the admissions committee were to interview one of your
closest colleagues, what aspect of your personal
development would this person say is especially important
for the admissions committee to know?


Do they imply a triat that I developed while at work that I did not have before I joined work, or do they mean just a general trait of mine that I have..

When I asked this question to my friend this is what he said:

Drive for success and passion for work.

I am not sure if he answered the question... but is that theme enough for me to expand on?

Please advice!

This is from Chicago GSB's discussion forum.

The problem with me is I have two views from my co-workers. Since this is a 500 word essay should I put both the views?

Another question is should I answer it as myself or my co-worker. One of the co-workers whom I asked has put a small passage. I don't want to change that. Is it fine if I put that as it is saying that this is the comment from my co-worker?

questions asks what aspect and not aspects, so I'd talk about one aspect in detail and provide two examples. Talk about feelings, how you'd develop this skill at work, and how mba will help.

writing about not having passion isn't ideal for an mba app. seriously, if you weren't passionate, then why would (top school) want you.

talk about need for finance knowledge or marketing knowledge. It doesn't matter if you dunno this stuff, cuz that is why u need an mba
