Hi Everyone,

Sorry to be a noob. I have a few questions about the essay submission format.

- Do you leave space between paragraphs, no indent OR indent each paragraph, no space between paragraphs?
- Do you put your name in the header/footer? (I remember reading somewhere that you shouldn't, because you don't want the reader to have a bias?)

Are there any other formatting/essay conventions I should know about?

Thanks for your help!

Make sure you read the instructions for each school. I encountered some that wanted my name in the header. I think all all wanted me to write down the question being asked.

I did 1.5 spacing for all my essays, Times New Roman font (11 or 12 font size), 1 inch margins, indented my paragraphs.

Always view your essays before you submit them to see if they are easy to read. Also I used this opportunity to give my essays another reading before submission. Good luck!
