So I applied to GSB back in 2012 and did not get in. Now the essay topics for this year are the same for 2012. Now do I need to write new essays or should I submit the ones from two years ago since what matters to me obviously has not changed nor why I want to go to Stanford? Thanks for the advice.

Has anything changed in the last 2 years, professionally or personally, that you might leverage on in your essays?
