Hello GC members,
I would like to know your opinion regarding the Masters in Data Science and Business Analytics in general, and at ESSEC to be specific as I am interested in applying.
I am currently an engineer with almost 4 years of experience so far. I was a bit worried about the age gap as I was seeing that the average age in class is around 23, but I'm passed that barrier now as this is a rather new field/degree that wasn't as popular (to my knowledge at least) when I was an undergrad.
Also, what do you think would be a good GMAT score to gain admission to a non-MBA degree (MSc in this case). I know GMAT for top MBA programs is very competitive. ESSEC's MSc in DSBA degree ranks consistently at third place on QS rankings after MIT and UCLA.
Curious question: How does this DSBA compare to an MBA? (career outcomes/progression, job opportunities, career growth, etc.)
Thank you
